About Location

1. Booking & Approval
   All film shooting requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Jakarta Creative Zone River View management before any activity begins.
2. Usage
   The Jakarta Creative Zone River View area is to be used only for the approved film shooting purposes. Any other use is prohibited without prior consent.
3. Fees & Payment
   Users must pay all applicable fees as agreed upon before the shooting date.
4. Safety & Conduct
   All personnel must follow Jakarta Creative Zone River View safety rules and respect the property. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the user.
5. Insurance & Liability
   Users must provide proof of insurance covering all activities. The Jakarta Creative Zone River View is not liable for any injuries or losses during the shoot.
6. Cancellation
   Cancellations must be notified in advance as per the Jakarta Creative Zone River View policy. Fees may apply.
7. Compliance
   Users must comply with all local laws and regulations during the shoot.

Jakarta Creative Zone: Riverview by JXB

Jakarta Creative Zone: Riverview is an innovative public space inaugurated on June 11, 2023, by Jakarta Experience Board (JXB) in the Jalan Sudirman area, located right behind BNI City Station, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Situated along the banks of the Ciliwung River, this zone is designed as a creative interaction space for urban communities, including pedestrians, cyclists, commuters, and tourists.

Key Facilities

Smart Glass Toilet:
A high-tech toilet with transparent glass that becomes opaque when in use, similar to the concept in Japan. This facility includes warm water showers, soap, and is disability-friendly, with a usage fee of Rp5,000.

Culinary & SME Area:
Features food and beverage tenants supporting local small businesses (UMKM), with seating areas both downstairs and on a rooftop offering views of the river and city.

Smart Locker & Bike Lounge:
Equipped with smart lockers for storing belongings and a free bike parking and washing area, promoting an active lifestyle and eco-friendly mobility.

Interaction & Workshop Spaces:
Seating and gathering spaces are available and regularly used for art workshops and other creative activities in collaboration with local communities.

Concept & Development

This project is part of JXB’s initiative to optimize public spaces and support Jakarta’s creative economy.
With the theme "From Creation to the Nation," Riverview aims to become a new urban icon that reinforces Jakarta’s image as a modern, creative, and inclusive global city.

In its first phase, the zone has been developed along 150 meters and is planned to extend 600 meters toward Karet Station.

Location & Access

Jakarta Creative Zone: Riverview is located next to BNI City Station, easily accessible from Jalan Sudirman and pedestrian walkways.
It’s a strategic spot to visit during Car Free Day or as a relaxing place in the heart of the city.
