About Location

The Buaran Water Treatment Plant I (Instalasi Pengolahan Air Buaran I, IPA Buaran I) is a critical facility operated by Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Jaya (PAM Jaya), the regional drinking water company of Jakarta. Located in Kalimalang, East Jakarta, it is the largest water treatment plant in Indonesia, covering an area of 15.3 hectares. IPA Buaran I has a production capacity of 6,000 liters per second (LPS), supplying clean water to approximately 30 subdistricts in East Jakarta. 

IPA Buaran I plays a vital role in Jakarta's water supply infrastructure, and its continuous upgrades and expansions are essential to meet the city's growing needs.

Terms & Condition

  1. Booking & Approval
    All film shooting requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the PAM Jaya management before any activity begins.
  2. Usage
    Buaran Water Plant area is to be used only for the approved film shooting purposes. Any other use is prohibited without prior consent.
  3. Fees & Payment
    Users must pay all applicable fees as agreed upon before the shooting date.
  4. Safety & Conduct
    All personnel must follow PAM Jaya safety rules and respect the property. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the user.
  5. Insurance & Liability
    Users must provide proof of insurance covering all activities.  PAM Jaya not liable for any injuries or losses during the shoot.
  6. Cancellation
    Cancellations must be notified in advance as per the PAM Jaya policy. Fees may apply.
  7. Compliance
    Users must comply with all local laws and regulations during the shoot.
